The Cognitive Integration of Abu Al-Hasan Al-Amri and its Importance in Building Bridges Between Sciences

Abstract

This research aims to highlight the cognitive integration demonstrated by Abu Al-Hassan Al-Amiri and the way he categorized sciences in that those who came after him benefited from this categorization. The research also highlights the importance of this integration in building bridges between sciences. The research indicates that this integration that Al-Amiri demonstrated is proven by analyzing his idea and his view towards those religious and judgmental sciences. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the inductive approach and the analytical approach, which helped to identify the categorization of sciences by Al-Amiri and to show their integration.

The research concluded that the importance of this integration lies in its ability to reveal the dangers of fragmentation, as it removes the clash between the material and spiritual sciences.
