Established by the Prophet (Peace, prayers and blessing of Allah be upon him), then adopted by the Companions and their successors, management is Islam has been considered as one of the key management theories worldwide. In this study, the researcher adopted the inductive approach, where the relevant legal views and texts were extrapolated. As well, the study used the etymological and analytical approaches to expound the legal implications of the extrapolated texts. Furthermore, the comparative approach is adopted to weigh Emirati legal system against the Islamic jurisprudence. Finally, the researcher concluded that the employees’ selection policy is flexible and depends on judgement, while the criteria of efficiency should be met to equitably fulfill the required professional responsibilities. The researcher recommended that there should be a proper job description of community service-related jobs. Also, no candidate should be employed unless he/she meets the job requirements, while taking all the necessary preventive measures to enhance good manners and professional ethics.
