This paper emphasizes the independence of the clear Sunnah with some legal rulings that are not mentioned in the Noble Qur’an. I have quoted some evidences, which indicates these rulings. I have clarified some misconceptions that were raised by the opponents of the Prophet’s Sunnah on this topic. The research is divided into an introduction, six chapters, and a conclusion. It indicates that the Sunnah of the Prophet may bring an extra rulings that must be followed and obeyed as the Qur’an And that the saying that the independence of the Sunnah by some legal rulings is more appropriate for the authority of the messenger (PBUH). Yet, the sayings, deeds, approvals, and morals of the Prophet should be the center of Muslims' attention. Also, authorizing the Sunnah as an independent source for legislation protects the Muslim from dropping of the guidance of the Prophet (pbuh). On the contrary, claiming that Sunnah is not an independent source of Shariah leads to misguidance and abandoning the Sunnah of the Prophet (PBUH)!
